Twitter me this, Twitter me that

Hey everybody!  I got a Twitter account.  It's a little weird for me but I think I'm getting the hang of it.  The only thing I don't understand is the whole @ # * ^ ! and % with words attached.  It's weird.  Ok I'm tired.
